Signs, reception and waiting areas  Receptionists must communicate (smile), quiet with room to move, signs should help patients find rooms and facilities, signs should be big and easy to read, organised seating, comfortable, separate area for ladies and men, children's play area 
Inpatient care  TV, phone, good bed, cleaned every day, clean sheets, chair for visitor, lockable cupboard for personal items, light, windows, good nurses, healthy food 
Medical equipment  Up-to-date,  training for staff to use equipment, maintenance
Medical staff  Experienced, qualifications,  
Cleaning and hygiene  Lots of cleaning staff, trained cleaning staff, good equipment and cleaning materials, rubbish collection and special medical waste collection 
Administration

Telephone: reminders for appointments (sms), answer phone in a good way, give information, take messages

Organising records and appointments: send records to doctors on time and to the right place, make appointments correctly and tell them on time. Make sure the doctor and the patient knows the time and place.
