You are in charge of the list of appointments in the Cardiology Out-Patients clinic. There is a waiting list of 3 months for every new patient. Your uncle comes to the clinic because he is very sick.

You are working as an administrator for a paediatrician. You notice that the doctor prescribes antibiotics for every patient, even when the patient’s record does not show there is an infection.
