I recently graduated from the Health Office Technology programme at Al Ain Women’s College where I developed my keyboarding skills and learned to use Microsoft Office programs in a health situation. I completed group projects about customer care and understand the importance of giving excellent service at all times. I was a leader in one of the projects and gained ideas about motivating people, time management, planning and problem-solving. I completed all my work to a high standard and tried to learn from my mistakes.
